Verified Clients
All clients must complete 3-d secure bank ID verification as well as SMS two-factor authentication to verify their identity and info.

What's the application process?
After you register online our team will get in touch by phone for a quick introductory chat. Then you just need to provide your docs, download and set up the app, and you’re good to go! We will guide through every step of the way.
What documents do I need to provide?
You’ll need to provide ID, proof of address, an insurance certificate, massage qualification certification and an up to date DBS check. All of your docs can be uploaded to the app during the onboarding process.
When do I get paid?
Weekly. You get a fully itemized invoice every Monday with a breakdown of all of your earnings as well.
Is there commission on tips?
No. After your booking we give customers a friendly nudge reminding them they can tip you through the app. Your tips are all displayed then on your weekly invoice and 100% of them included in your payment.
Can I work on other apps?
Yes, many of our existing therapists work on other wellness apps too. You must manage your availability carefully though to void double bookings.
Am I paid extra for travel?
No. Parking or transport costs are included in the rate that we charge the customer.
