We cover all of the Greater London area as well as some surrounding areas as well. You can use our therapist finder tool to check whether we cover your postcode or not. This handy tool will also show you which therapists are available in your area. You can then use filters to narrow your search based on things like gender and which treatments they offer.

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 3 hours before the scheduled time without any charge. Cancellations made less than 3 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Our therapists adhere to strict hygiene protocols which include using clean and sanitized equipment and frequent hand washing. We ensure that all health guidelines are followed to provide a safe and comfortable experience for our clients.

Our prices are fully inclusive of travel and parking so there are no extra fees. Our therapists can filter out clients who have no free parking if they wish, but many use public transport anyway. You can see our full pricing here if you’d like more info.

• Kick back while they set up. In no time, they’ll transform your living space into a mini spa. Feel free to unwind in another room or hang out and chat while they work their magic setting up. 

• Quick catch-up on your needs. Your therapist will have a brief chat with you and ask a few questions related to the treatment you’ve chosen, covering anything from your health concerns to your comfort levels.

• Privacy to get ready. Your therapist will step out, giving you space to get comfy on the table. Just keep your underwear on, and if you’re wearing a bra, you’re free to remove it. Once you’re all set, just lie face-down under the towel. If you need a hand, just holler!

• Settle in for a great session. Your therapist will start by ensuring the pressure feels right, but don’t hesitate to speak up anytime if you need adjustments. Enjoy the treatment and let the relaxation begin!

Appropriate Clothing for Massage Treatments For all massage treatments, it is required that clients wear underwear on their lower half at all times to maintain professionalism and boundaries. The choice to wear a bra during the session is at the discretion of the client, which may facilitate accessibility to the back area; however, be assured that the chest area will remain covered at all times. 

Safety and Conduct Policy We uphold a strict professional environment, and all our treatments are non-sexual. Our policy has zero tolerance towards any form of sexual harassment. This includes inappropriate or deliberate indecent exposure. We enforce this policy rigorously and will take decisive action against any violations, up to and including involvement of law enforcement authorities.
