1. How can I cancel my booking?
The easiest way to cancel your booking is through the app. Just go to bookings, then go to 'upcoming' tab to display all future appointments. There's a 'cancel' button on the appointment.
2.How can I contact my therapist directly?
Go to the bookings page in the app, then go to the 'upcoming' tab to display all future appointments. There's a 'message' button on the appointment. You can then communicate anonymously with your therapist through the app.
3. I'm waiting on a refund
Refunds are processed through Stripe and can take up to 10 days to appear in your account. However, most of the time they'll show up within 3 to 5 days. If you've been waiting over 5 working days feel free to get in touch and we'll check it for you and give you an update.
4. My therapist hasn't arrived
You can message your therapist through the app live chat with our customer support team and we'll immediately try to reach the therapist by phone for an update.
5. How should I prepare for my booking?
You should ensure your space is clutter free so your therapist has enough room to set up their professional treatment table. You should also prepare two large towels and ensure for your comfort that the room is warm enough.
