We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your session, you can do so without any penalty up to 3 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made on less than 3 hours notice are 50% refundable. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice and no-shows are non-refundable.
